Terms of service
Last updated 2 November 2026
These terms apply to Outqube: the app, its API, MCP server, CLI, Chrome extension and GitHub app. By using Outqube you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the organisation you use it for.
The service
Outqube runs an AI agent that tests web apps in a real browser and reports what it finds. AI agents make mistakes: a run can miss a bug or report one that is not there. Review results before you rely on them.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details and API keys secret, and tell us at support@outqube.com if you think someone else has used them. Your organisation's admins manage who has access.
What you may test
Test only apps you own or are allowed to test. Do not use Outqube to attack, overload or get unauthorised access to any system, to break the law, or to get around its limits. You are responsible for the instructions you give the agent and for the test logins you store.
Your data
Your organisation owns its tests, runs and results. You give us the rights we need to store and process them to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy. Your organisation can delete them at any time, and ask us for a copy.
AI model providers
Runs use the AI model provider your organisation connects. That provider's terms apply to its use, and its charges are between you and it.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Outqube available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. We may change or stop features, and will give notice of changes that matter.
Liability
Outqube is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, profits or revenue, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending
You can stop using Outqube at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. When an organisation is deleted, its data is deleted as the privacy policy describes.
